Time-Sensitive Actions
At larger firms, many hearing results are processed automatically and text in a narrative that says "DO THIS NOW" (or some other urgent directive) isn't easily noticed by computers. Answering "yes" to one of the following questions creates a workflow where a human at the customer will review the hearing report ASAP to take whatever action is needed.
When filling out your hearing report, you may be asked one of the following questions:

We ask these questions so that we can highlight specific cases that we need our customers to give special attention to. Please give as detailed information as possible when filling out any follow-up actions the client needs to complete. This will take replace having to email or call the client directly.
Our general guidelines on this are to only mark time-sensitive if:
A follow-up hearing was set by the court for the next 7 days
The court is requiring specific actions taken with a due date of 48 hours or less
