Users (Overview)

Each attorney account has the capability of having more than one user.

User accounts are categorized as Master and Delegate.

The master account is the user/attorney who originally created the account and delegate accounts are created typically to support the master account. They frequently are held by assistants and support staff at the attorney's office.

It is important to note that only the master account holder can add or edit user accounts. Additionally, once a delegate user has been created, it cannot be deleted.  Hearing records and activities are tied to that account, so the account must continue to exist, however, the account can be disabled. Disabling the account will prevent the user from having any access to your account or to Docketly.
