Editing Hearing Report

Oops! You made a mistake or forgot to include some information in your hearing report. No problem, you can edit the hearing report you've already completed (must be done before the hearing report is published for the client or within 48 hours of submitting the report).

Go to your home page and click on "Reports" to access the hearing report you want to edit.

 

Then click on the hearing locator to access the hearing report you need to edit. 

Once you have clicked on the hearing locator, you will see the edit button at the top left hand side of the page.Click on the edit button to make your corrections and additions

 

 

Once your edits are made to the report, scroll down to click the Submit button to save:

And you're all set with the edited completed hearing report! However, you cannot delete attachments once they are uploaded. If you need to delete attachments please create a support ticket
