Rejected Hearing Reports

Occasionally, there is inconsistent or conflicted information on submitted hearing reports. Those reports will be rejected and will reflect in the 'Reports Rejected' widget in the RESULTS tab on your home page, as well as the 'Reports' page. Attorneys will have access to edit their rejected hearing reports. If a hearing report has been published, attorneys must create a ticket for performance to request any edits/updates to their published reports.

When you click on the hearing report, there will be a banner on the top of the page that shows why the hearing report was rejected.

If you have any issues editing your rejected report, you may reach out to us through a ticket to relay the updated information.
