Your Appearances

Please be aware that you have a personal obligation to attend the scheduled hearing. It is not permissible to delegate this responsibility to another individual or seek a replacement to appear on your behalf. This requirement is crucial due to our stringent compliance regulations with our clients, which mandate that the attorney originally designated for the case must be the one physically present at the hearing.

These regulations are in place to ensure consistency and reliability in our legal representation. When you accept a case, our clients expect your expertise and presence in court. This commitment helps maintain the integrity of our legal services and upholds the trust of our clients. Therefore, it is essential that you fulfill this obligation personally, without outsourcing or substituting your appearance.

To view your upcoming hearings login to your account and locate the “Appearances” button located in the lefthand column of your screen to view and print the list of selected court appearances. Hearing report filing and editing can also accessed through this button.

IMPORTANT NOTE: After counsel has appeared and completed the hearing, an outcome report must be completed within 24 hours. Reports can be filed and edited by clicking on the Action link (File Report) in the right column of the Selected Appearances Page.
