Q: When do we get paid?
A: Once your hearing is over and your report is complete, that hearing is eligible for payment.  Docketly automatically schedules payment on our next payment cycle. If you are signed up for ACH, you will be eligible to receive payment approximately 7-10 business days after your report has been published for the client.

Attorneys with ACH enabled are paid approximately 7-8 times per month if you appear regularly. Paper checks are issued once per month, in the first week or two of the month. For any payment, you will get an email confirming the amount, hearings covered, and where the check is being sent to (if applicable).
