Account Updates (Overview)

There are three main locations that contain different information you may update with ease. 

We highly recommend you keep everything as current as possible.

Profile

Through your profile you will have the ability to change or update:

• Your profile picture

• Phone and email contact information

• Your Docketly password

Application

Your application stores the original information you submitted to Docketly, which includes:

• Your company information (name and address)

• Primary contact information

• Emergency/After-hours contact information

• Payment information (who and where to send it)

• References

• States you are licensed in

• Experience

• FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act) familiarity

• County availability

• Malpractice Insurance information.

Almost all things payment or bank related can be found under the green "Financial" button on the left side of the home page.
