Reporting Hearing Results Within 24 Hours

Reporting Hearing Results Within 24 Hours

Our clients are ranked by their clients using several different types of metrics which measure, among other things:

  • Time to File Suit

  • Time to Judgment

  • Time to Collection

  • Liquidation Success; and

  • TIMELY REPORTING

Their computer system connects to their clients' account software. Each night their accounts are updated with "status codes." Their clients know when a certain case/account has a hearing and right after that hearing date/time - their software starts looking for an updated status. Our clients will actually get dinged if they delay or are late updating their status codes.

Our Terms of Use require our independent covering attorneys to report hearing results via our website within 24 hours.  You will not get paid until you upload your hearing results. Please be aware that for Bank of America hearings you must complete a hearing report ASAP after the hearing. This overrides the usual deadline of 24 hours to complete the report. The client especially needs to know if there was an adverse ruling.  Failure to complete the hearing report for Bank of America hearings, ASAP after the hearing, may result in a filter that prohibits you from covering this client's hearings; and your account may be suspended for up to 60 days.

Late reports may result in the suspension of your account and/or reduction in fees on the hearing as follows:

More than 24 hours – We will email or call you.  You may be blocked from covering future hearings.

More than 48 hours - 50% reduction in original hearing fee. Blocked from covering future hearings until the report is submitted.

More than 72 hours – 100% reduction in original hearing fee plus a 1-week suspension from our network

If you have any questions about uploading your hearing results you can call, email or chat with us online.

And, remember, uploading reports under 24 hours will get you POINTS, which go towards increasing your ranking and that's always a great thing!
