At Docketly, we pride ourselves on prompt and complete communication.  Our ticketing system enables us to receive updates from you quickly and provides a direct line for our coverage attorneys or staff to reach out to you with any questions they may have about your postings.  To facilitate this, our system allows all users on your account to view and respond to any tickets sent to your team.  Many communications can be time-sensitive, so keeping this ability available to your staff can greatly increase the success rates of your postings with us.  If, for any reason, you feel that your users should not have access to all tickets and instead should only be able to see those tickets they have submitted themselves, please reach out to your Client Success team to discuss your concerns and determine if that feature needs to be disabled on your account.
