Do you track your firm’s hearing calendar via Outlook, Google Calendar, iCal, or your firm’s collection software? Is it difficult to constantly update when your Docketly hearings are? Well, now you can subscribe to your Hearing Calendar via a simple link.
First, click on the Orange Calendar button from your home page.
Then, scroll to the bottom of the calendar and click on Subscribe:
A new window will appear, giving you a link and easy to follow directions.
Click on that link to load your Calendar software; you will be up and running.
We recommend the following selections to ensure you have the most up-to-date calendar view:
Now any hearings you create, edit, or cancel will automatically update your calendar!
*Note: Your "Subscribed to:" address will not contain the word "staging."
Viewing your calendar
Docketly publishes a personal calendar of your appearances. There are two places to view the calendar. The gray Calendar tab on your home page to view.
The page looks like the following:
You can scroll backward and forward with the arrow buttons in the upper left.
There are 3 different views you may select from in the upper right: month, week, or day.
For a more in-depth calendar, click the orange "calendar" button on the left side of your home screen.
You can customize your calendar by clicking the "Filters" button. Set your criteria and Apply or Apply and Save. Apply and Save is a way to keep the filters to reference for future use.

Confirm any automated rules you need Docketly to build.
Send your Docketly staff contact counsel data if needed.
Post a number of test in-house hearings using batch uploads for Docketly staff to confirm your account is set up correctly.
Work with your Docketly staff contact to synchronize your firm's online calendar.
Export
A popular workflow at law firms is to share a calendar via an Excel spreadsheet. If you do that, our calendar page will build one for you automatically. Just click the "Export Upcoming Week" button near the bottom of the page, and it will download an Excel spreadsheet with each day as a sheet. We currently do the next upcoming week as calendars can change frequently and are sometimes out of date as soon as you print them.
