Hearing Reports

The reports from hearings are made available as soon as possible after the hearing is completed.  Our network strives to have all reports in your hands within 24 hours of the hearing.  As soon as the report is completed, it is available through a variety of methods.  Different clients like different workflows so we offer a set of alternatives to help you integrate our reports easily.

Email

Reports come in via email as soon as the report is available.  Each email corresponds to a single hearing report.  A fancier PDF is attached to the hearing report for archiving.

This email can be turned off on a per-user basis by visiting the Subscriptions button on your homepage.  If need be, you can re-send this email by choosing which reports you want to be emailed again, click "resend" on the bottom of the page, and the 'hearing report available' email will be resent accordingly.

There is an option to CC the emails to an additional email list, usually a distribution list.  This is configured within the Application button on your homepage.  Look for "additional distribution email".


Website

At any time, you may go to the Reports button on your homepage and view all the reports you have historically.  Or you can find the individual hearing and view the report from there.  Reports are kept indefinitely.

There is an option to bulk download a CSV or PDF based on date ranges.  Press the Reports button on your homepage then look for the Export CSV or Export PDF button on that Reports page.


SFTP

If you are utilizing our transfer service, a CSV file with your hearing report data will be placed in your outgoing folder every 15 minutes.  Attachments for any hearings are placed in ZIP files with the hearing locator as the filename.  You are free to manage this directory by deleting files you have already fetched. Hearing reports can also be delivered in a pipe-delimited format.
