FAQ

Q: What is a Locator Number?

A Locator Number is the combination of letters and numbers that our system automatically assigns to a hearing. This unique identifier helps staff and users quickly locate and access the hearing. You can also search for hearings using your file number by entering it in the "Search" box.

Q: What do you mean by Agile Software?

Agile software refers to the adaptability and continuous improvement of our platform to meet client needs. Since our software is developed in-house, we can often implement client requests within a specific timeframe. Your feedback is invaluable, so please don’t hesitate to share your ideas or suggestions with us.

Q: What is a Widget?

A widget is a box containing information. Most pages on our website are structured using widgets to help you find the information you need quickly. Widgets on your homepage can be customized:

  • Hover your cursor over the gear icon in the top-right corner of the widget.

  • Adjust visibility and arrangement as needed to suit your workflow.

Q: Can I edit a hearing/bundle date after it has been covered?

Editing a hearing/bundle date after coverage is not straightforward, as we cannot guarantee the same attorney’s availability for the new date. Options include:

  1. Cancel and Repost: Cancel the hearing and repost it with the updated date to notify attorneys.

  2. Contact Support: Create a ticket to notify us. If the attorney agrees to the new date, we can update it. Otherwise, we will cancel and repost to find a new attorney.
