We provide "Bundling" which is a grouping of 2 or more hearings occurring on the same date and time at the same location. You will receive a discount on every hearing that goes into the bundle.
To help you see what you are really paying per hearing, you can view the discounts on your home page. So, although our pricing starts at $65/hearing, we offer discounts that will enable you to keep your overall average price per hearing well below that number.
To estimate the price of a hearing, we created an interactive Pricing tool. You can access it via the green button labeled "Pricing" under "Financial" on your left side menu. You need to enter State, County, Court, and Hearing Type. Please note that the rates may vary for late postings, changes in hearing types, locations, and other factors.
After you enter the information, you will see a price chart. The orange column (the first one on the left) shows the pricing and volume discounts for your hearings. In the example below, your price for a single hearing is $65. If you post a bundle of three hearings, your price will be $141.00 ($47 per hearing).
To further maximize the use of the bundling discount, we provide Cross-Client Bundling. What this does is allow two or more clients to post separate hearings that take place on the same date, time, and location. Our system will then automatically bundle the hearings together, and both clients will receive the discount. This will appear on your bill labeled as a "Super Bundle".
The superbundle discount is displayed on the blue portion of the Pricing estimator. The example shows that if you post a single hearing at the same time and place as another client of ours, your price can be as low as $52.50. If you post a bundle of three and other clients add three more to the docket, your price for the bundle will come to $108.00 ($36 per hearing).
NOTE: These prices are for illustration only and may not reflect the actual pricing in your area.
To help you visualize your spending, we have provided a widget (box) titled "Metrics". You can find it under the black "Performance" tab. The Average Price Per Hearing metric allows you to see the last 30 days and your overall price per hearing. You will also notice that our goal is to keep your cost per hearing below $65.
