1. Locate the grey "More" button in the lower-left corner of your homepage.

2. Click on the button to open the menu.

3. Select Account from the options listed.

Once on the Account page, you will find the following sections:

• Open Tickets: View a list of your unresolved or pending tickets.

• Hearing Activities: Check details about past and upcoming hearings.

• Hearings Created: Review a summary of hearings you have created and scheduled.

• Overview of Hearings and Balance: Quickly see your hearing count and any outstanding balance due.
