Daily Digest

The Daily Digest is a summary/run-down of the previous day's activities sent via email.  You will receive it every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday morning when there is activity on your account.  Your profile will automatically default to receive the digest; should you need to check if you do or would like to please see the Subscriptions page and check "Daily Digest" to begin receiving. 

Sections

The email may have up to 3 different sections based on hearing activity.

1. Unscheduled Hearings

While attending one of your hearings for us, the covering attorney found that there was an additional case on the docket from your firm.

2. Unprocessed Pool Approval Requests

This section provides a list of qualified attorneys looking to cover hearings with more strict compliance requirements. These are sent to your team for review/confirmation and are time sensitive.

3. Prior Uncovered Hearings

This section lists hearings posted from days prior (other than yesterday) that are still not covered.  This is our backlog of what we have to finish for you currently to secure complete coverage.New Hearings

4. New Hearings

This section shows the status of all hearings that you posted in the previous 24 hours.  It will let you know whether that hearing has been covered by an attorney or if we are still working hard to locate an attorney for you.

Limiting States

If you only manage certain states, you may want to limit your daily digest to just those hearings.  Visit your profile via the picture menu in the upper right of our website or go directly to your profile.

Unsubscribe

You will automatically be opted into receiving this email.  If you do not want to receive it, you can click the unsubscribe link in the email or go directly to Subscriptions and uncheck "Client Daily Digest".
