Pricing Policy

When you post a hearing on Docketly's website, you will be informed of the maximum price you will pay for the hearing. Bundling and Cross-client bundling will reduce the price. You will only pay more for a hearing when one of our staff members contacts you to approve raising the fee paid to an attorney. This is usually a rare scenario, and it is often due to difficulty locating an attorney close to the court available to cover.

Any posted attorney assignment or hearing canceled by the Client Contracting Law Firm or Agency is subject to 50% of the full contracting service charge if canceled within 24 clock hours on a regular business day before the hearing and/or assignment date. Further, any posted attorney assignment or hearing canceled by the Client Contracting Law Firm or Agency is subject to 100% of the full contracting service charge if canceled on the same day the assignment is scheduled. However, this policy may not apply to canceled hearings at the same time, in the same location, as non-canceled hearings in which the attorney is scheduled to appear. In those instances, our "Bundle" or discount rate may be adjusted to reflect the decreased number of hearings the attorney is covering.

Invoices are emailed to your billing department twice a month. The terms are Net 30.  If payment is not received within the term period, an interest charge of 1.5% per month may be added to all past-due accounts. You can set up Autopay to ensure all your invoices are paid on time.

All payments should be sent to Docketly, 1960 Ken Pratt Blvd, Suite D, Longmont, CO 80501.

Delinquent accounts may result in the inability to post new hearings with Docketly until all debts are paid.
