Posting Hearings

Posting hearings on Docketly's website is a straightforward and user-friendly process. After you click the "Publish" button, an email is automatically dispatched to all attorneys in our network. This email includes sufficient information for them to conduct a basic conflict check. If everything aligns and they are available at the specified date and time, they will accept the hearing. Voila! Your hearing is now covered, and the attorney will gain access to all relevant information you have posted regarding this case on our site.

Hearings can be posted as "Singles" or "Bundles".

Single hearings are just that: one hearing at a particular date time and location.

Bundles are multiple hearings taking place within the same hour, on the same date, at the same location.

If you are a Clio customer, you can select which matter this hearing belongs with the Clio Matter drop down choice.
