Preferences

Your profile page has a section titled Preferences. It allows you to customize your Docketly experience.

Managing States

This user may choose specific states in which to limit their visibility into certain events. Mostly for use in larger firms where different offices/attorneys do not overlap in duties.

Collapse Bundles on Calendar

When checked, a bundle will appear on calendars as a single entry as opposed to an entry per hearing in the bundle. This is good for large volume firms.

Rows per Page

Often when there are numerous results, the list will be paged to accommodate smaller displays. You may set the number of rows you would like per page by adjusting this number.

Show Popup Notifications

When checked, black popup notifications will appear in the upper right of your web browser as hearing activities occur.

Show Urgent Reports

When enabled, we will interrupt your home page to show you reports marked urgent that need your attention. If you tend to work off our urgent emails, you may want to uncheck this.

Show Urgent Tickets

When enabled, we will interrupt your home page to show you tickets marked urgent that need your attention. If you tend to work off our urgent emails, you may want to uncheck this

Phone Calls Allowed

When checked, this user allows contact via phone for hearing notifications, communications, and more.

Text Messages Allowed

When enabled, this user allows contact via text messages for hearing notifications, communications, and more.
