Overview of what you will find:
The Home Page makes it easy to get in contact quickly with us, as well as view your account balance.
At the top of the Dashboard Screen is the money due to you for previous hearings covered and reported on. You also have quick action buttons (3 lines on top left) available to call us, email us, or have the full website brought up on your device.
Access to your selected hearings at your fingertips.
The My Hearings tab is located in the bottom. This tab allows you to view all hearings you are scheduled to cover or that still need reporting on. Hearings are listed in order by date.
View and select Available Hearings to cover from wherever you are.
On the Available Hearings tab (bottom right), you can view all the hearings (Bundles included) available in the counties you have chosen to receive notification for. To view hearing details, click on that hearing and you will be taken to the Hearing Details screen. At the bottom of the screen you may click either the Cover or Reject button. By selecting one of these options you will remove it from the screen so that you will not need to scroll past it to see more available hearings. (Selecting COVER will move that hearing to your Dashboard and My Hearings tab). Once you choose to cover a hearing, a pop-up box will appear asking you to confirm your decision. If this hearing was selected in error, please hit No, otherwise click Yes. You might receive an Error if you have overdue reports, you don't meet the tier level, or you get a busy block. To view individual hearings within the bundle, click on the locator number for each hearing. After checking for conflicts with each hearing, you may select COVER by returning to the Hearing/Bundle Detail screen and scrolling to the bottom.

From there, you will be taken to the Create Report.
The report is sectioned into Roll Call, Outcome, Discovery, Settlement, Issues, Discussion, and Next Steps. You may not see all these sections, depending on the Service Type of the hearing.
You can navigate through the report by selecting Back and Next from the bottom of the page. All mandatory questions must be answered before moving on.
Once you have completed and double checked your report, you may click on SUBMIT. A pop-up will appear, asking you to confirm that you are sure you want to submit your report. A pop-up will confirm that your report has been submitted.
At any time, you may add any necessary Attachments using our paper clip feature on the top right. Using the Cam Scanner, you can easily take a photo of the documents as it auto-converts it into a scan doc. You will have the opportunity to view your photo before deciding to Use or Retake the photo. (Please note that photo attachments will not be saved to your camera roll). After selecting Use, you will see a pop-up informing you to select a category and Confirm. You will see your attachment listed below the Attachments where you can make edits or delete it. You may upload multiple attachments per report.
If you have to stop in the middle of reporting, your answers will be saved for the next time you return. You will have the option to auto-fill your saved changes.
You can EDIT REPORT anytime after submitting but only before it is published.
