Spam

Depending on your practice area, notification settings, and our volume in your area you may find that we send you a lot of email.  Sometimes those get trapped in spam filters.

If we receive too many bounce back emails from your spam filter our system will assume the email we have on file for you is not valid and will disable your account as a security measure. This is why it is important to check your spam folder regularly and be sure to have "mail@docketly.com" whitelisted within your email client settings.

For information on how to whitelist within your specific email client, simply Google search your email client and "whitelisting".
