What is it?

This feature is a community platform for Docketly Attorneys. This group’s mission is to create a global community of diverse attorneys who will support, challenge, and inspire one another by providing a platform for networking, mentorship, and career development.

This Community was created to give you the opportunity to connect and interact with other Docketly Attorneys all around the country. Whether you want to share advice, ask questions to other process servers, or just get to know other people in the Community, there’s a place for it here.

While this isn't a channel for support or questions directly to Docketly staff, we will participate in discussions and will definitely learn from the group feedback on areas we can enhance your experience.

How do I get started?

Log onto your Docketly account

WEB: Click on the orange "Community" button on the left navigation column.

Mobile: Click on the 3 lines at the top left. Click on Community.

This will take you to the community site. https://community.docketly.com/

Your community account is linked up to your Docketly account so you will not have to create a user or sign in.

We encourage you to share your knowledge, ask questions, participate in discussions and become an integral part of this little community. Together we can become better community leaders and provide our members with a much better experience.

*When making posts and providing pictures, please be sure not to upload anything that may have an individual's personal information (like an address or name).

Creating a Post

There are a few ways to create posts on Community. The first way is to join a space from the left hand side list. Click on the space it will bring you to the space page, you'll select the join button and now you will have the ability to create post in that space. Click the status bar that reads, “What’s on your mind” to start creating your post.

The second way to create a post is from the main page of Community, you'll see a orange + button on the top right, if you select that you'll be able to select from discussion or question and then you'll have to select which space you would like to create the post in (you have to be a part of the space you are looking to post in).

The third way to post is by replying to any current post that you see.

If you face any issues while in community, please contact us and try to provide a screenshot so we can send the issue over to the team who assists us with all things Community.

Single Sign-On(SSO) Troubleshooting

Depending on the browser settings, SSO will sometimes fail, sending the user to the login page for Tribe instead of their dashboard.

To fix this:

At the top right of your screen, click on Chrome
Go to Preferences
Find and Click "Cookies and Other Site Data"
Make sure cookies are set to allow third-party cookies
1. The default should be "Block third-party cookies in Incognito" but this is ok.
Try the site again for changes

What are the participation benefits?

Reputation Points to Reward Points

You will earn reputation points for actions taken in the community. These points will transfer to your Docketly Rewards (Points)which in terms can raise your score and can give you more opportunities to pick up hearings, thus more money in your pocket. Click Rewards (Points) to learn more.
