Attorney contractors are expected to secure all sensitive information, treat consumers and opposing counsel with whom they interact with respect and professionalism, and abide by their respective rules of professional conduct at all times.

Reports of unprofessional behavior, misconduct, or lack of care regarding sensitive information will be thoroughly investigated and could result in suspension or termination from the Docketly network based on the findings.
