Late Policy and Procedure
Here at Docketly, we have a zero tolerance late policy.
If you are going to be late, please contact us IMMEDIATELY via phone at 800-910-1492 and let us know the circumstances. If you are calling outside of normal business hours and not able to connect with a Docketly team member, you must submit an urgent support ticket. This allows us to reach out to the client and attempt to see what actions can be taken to save the appearance.
You will need to make every attempt to still cover the hearing and make mention of your tardiness in the "Notes for Docketly" section of your hearing report.
If we are not made aware of your tardiness, if it becomes a trend, or if there is a negative outcome for the client due to the tardiness, the below listed actions can and will be taken.
An up to 30-day suspension and zero fees paid.
An up to 60-day suspension and no payment.
Removal and termination from the Docketly network.
