Suspension
Suspension from our network is not something we take lightly. It is typically the next to last resort used by our Performance Team to address issues and concerns.
Suspensions can have a fixed amount of time (typically in 30, 60 or 90 day increments) or can be put in place until an issue is resolved. If your account is suspended at any point you are notified via ticket or email immediately. If you wish to discuss or dispute the suspension you will need to respond to the ticket you received. Anything outside of a response to that ticket will not be addressed.
You can be suspended from Docketly for a number of reasons:
Failure to appear at a hearing
Arriving late to a hearing
Not being prepared at a hearing
Failure to respond to a support ticket
Failure to complete a hearing report within 24-48 hours of hearing
Egregious complaints from clients or court
Repeated mistreatment of Docketly staff
While suspended, you will not be able to:
Attend hearings
Cover hearings
Reject hearings
Make offers on hearings
If the suspension is for a fixed amount of time you will receive a notification and your previous access to the Docketly network again automatically at the end of the suspension.
When a suspension is put in place to resolve a specific issue, and does not have a fixed time frame, our Performance Team will review the matter to see if everything is in good standing. If so, you will be reinstated and informed.
