Action Items CSV

When a report has action items, we send an email with a CSV attached that lists the items in order of due date. 

Fields

The columns listed below are the current order of the CSV file output.  We intend to maintain the order and add new fields to the end of the list.  But where possible, please use the column name to decide the field in case future adjustments need to be made.
