Contracts

In some cases, you may need the appearance counsel to sign a contract in order to appear for your client/creditor.  We have automated this process by integrating an electronic signature function into your service.

You may provide us with a PDF copy of the contract to begin the process.  We will review and then set it up in our system.  We will be able to have the attorney fill in many types of data fields with name, address, etc.  We capture a signature and date.  We will send you a copy of the document that you can either countersign or just accept.  We will keep them on file as well.

Attorneys appearing a 2nd time for your firm will not be presented with the contract as they already completed the contract process.
