MFA Troubleshooting

We encourage using multi-factor authentication (MFA) as an extra security measure while logging in to the Docketly desktop site and app. If you encounter problems with using MFA to log in, these are the methods used thus far in troubleshooting some encountered issues.

-Double check you are allowing text messages in and that your mobile number is correctly input: if your mobile number is incorrect on your profile, the MFA authentication code will not be delivered. If you need to get this information updated, this article will advise you how to make these changes:

- Ensure you have not blocked our texting number (70327) on your mobile phone (tested for Android users, Apple unknown): You should be able to access this information by going to your text messages, locating the settings, and then looking at the list of blocked numbers. Once our number is unblocked, the MFA code should be able to send and you can input this code in the requested field.

-Try uninstalling/reinstalling the Docketly app: this works for anyone struggling with the Docketly app MFA and they have no issues with logging in on the desktop site.

-We suggest resetting cache/cookies: this has worked when the desktop site might be stuck on the MFA authentication page.
