Attorney Tiers
In order to better ensure the best possible outcomes at hearings, we have instituted a tiering system to ensure only our most-qualified attorneys appear at these high-dollar matters. Success for you is also success for us, so we do everything within our power to provide for it.
Since we all know the havoc an unsupervised first-year associate can inflict upon the simplest of legal matters, we tier hearings by the level of experience required to achieve your desired outcome. Things like low-stakes motion practice can be handled by a Tier 1 attorney. Higher-stake motions and other matters are handled by Tier 2 attorneys. Only our most-experienced Tier 3 attorneys can handle contested matters where everything is on the line.
You should also know that attorneys can move between tiers depending on their performance. Our Attorney Performance Team constantly monitors things. If a network attorney doesn’t get the outcome you want, they are tiered down or even removed from our network. If an attorney exhibits superior performance, obtains sufficient Continuing Legal Education credits on a topic, or a combination thereof, we move them up.
We tier our attorneys for the following hearing types:
General Collections, Bankruptcy, Criminal, Family Law, Foreclosure, Landlord-Tenant, Small Claims and Subrogation.
