Report Configuration
Customers may have special needs for their reports. So we let you customize a few aspects of reports in order to suit your needs.
To access the report configuration, click on the white Application button on your home page. Scroll to the bottom of the next page and you will see the "Hearing Reports" section.
Additional Reports Email
Reports are emailed to users in our system automatically. However, some clients have additional distribution lists that they want reports sent to without the need for creating full-blown users on our website. Here you can enter an email address that will receive a copy of all reports.
Mark Read On Export
If you are using the Mark Read function in combination with the exporting of reports, you may find that you are getting out of sync. Checking this box will automatically mark any exported reports as read.
Show File Number
Most clients want to see their internal file number on the hearing report. This is on by default. However, some clients treat this number more confidentially and wish to have the option of removing it.
Show Price
Some clients want the price they paid for the hearing on the report. They may want to seek reimbursement from another party, for example. This is off by default but you can check the box for the price to appear on your reports.
Automatically Create Next Hearing
Some clients want to book follow-up hearings with Docketly once we covered an appearance for a specific case. If selected, Docketly will create the follow-up hearing when the covering attorney reports that there is a future hearing with a date/time specified. This is customizable by county and state.
