Deleting an In-House Attorney Appearance

Scenario: Your in-house attorney calls in sick - or - you decide to send your attorney to a different court/county. Well with Docketly, that is a one-click fix to get alternative coverage.

Step 1: Locate the hearing.

Step 2: On the Hearing View Page, you will see an Actions menu on the right side. Click it and then click "Delete In-House".

Step 3: Confirm deleting the In-House Attorney Appearance by clicking "Ok" in the pop-up box.

Step 4: Ta-dah! Your request for a Docketly Attorney has been made.

Now all of our network attorneys have been notified that a hearing is available and Docketly is working to get it covered.
