Limited Association of Counsel: Notice of Appearance (NOA)

Limited Association of Counsel: Notice of Appearance (NOA)

Multiple courts require a Notice of Appearance (Limited) to be submitted before the hearing date. Each court has its own lead time; the document must be filed before the hearing date.

An email with the attorney's information is sent once the hearing is covered in courts that require an AOC.

If the firm has a template, add it to your document library and tie the notification to the document and state.

We most commonly see NOAs in the state of Florida. Due to the frequency of these in Florida, we have a document (named LNOA) attached to all hearings for attorneys to use, just in case.

We update court information as we receive it from network attorneys, JAs, and other clients. If you have court information, please submit a ticket, send a chat, or call in.
