Counteroffers

Occasionally, the hearing offers that you receive might not fit your budget. You may want to consider a counteroffer in those cases.

With a counteroffer, you may suggest a different price that is somewhere between the existing price and the offers you have received. The attorneys who made the offers will be notified of the new price. If they are interested, they are able to cover the hearing as usual.

If none of the bidding attorneys accept the counteroffer, then we will re-notify the rest of our attorney network about the new price.

Additionally, should you have a hearing of extra importance you can always increase the offered price of the hearing at any time through the counteroffer field. This will automatically notify all available attorneys at that increased price rather than the original pricing.
