Editing a Delegate User

The master user can edit delegate user accounts. To do so:

  • Login to your account.

  • Click on the "Users" button in the left-hand column of the screen.

  • Locate the User account you wish to modify and click the underlined Username. (You will be redirected to the Client User View Page).

  • Click on the orange "Edit" button.

  • You will now be on the Client User Edit Page and can make the changes you desire.

  • Verify all the information is now correct and click the orange "Save" button at the bottom.
