General Compliance Document Uploads
Most of the documents you provide will be uploaded the same way. Only the name you choose from the "Category" drop down will change.
Use these steps to upload an Avatar, Bar Card, Certificate of Good Standing, FDCPA Certification, Insurance Declaration Sheet, etc.
To Upload Documents for Compliance:
Click on the orange "Compliance" button on the left hand side of your Attorney Home Page.
Scroll halfway down the page until you reach the "Upload" box.
Choose the applicable category for your upload from the "Category" dropdown. You do not have to choose a State.
Click on the "Choose File" button and navigate to where the document is stored on your computer.
Select the grey "Upload" button.
You should now see your newly uploaded document in the "Compliance Documents" box at the bottom of your screen. It will be highlighted in pink until our Performance Team has a chance to validate it.
