One of our compliance options involves completing a virtual audit of your office. This allows clients to know your work space is secure and you follow best practices in preserving their privacy.
The form is relatively straight forward. There are 15 questions and 4 places to upload images of your office that support your responses. Each image you upload adds points to your account and increases your standing within our network.
Once our Performance Team receives the form and images, they will validate them and you will be able to see it on your compliance page.
To fill out the Virtual Office Audit form:
Open the grey "More" dropdown menu on the left side of your home page.
Select "Audit"
This will open the Attorney Virtual Office Audit form. Any question with a red asterisk is required and must be filled out before saving
At four points on the form there are areas to upload specific images.
To upload the image you can simply drag and drop the files from your computer onto the green bar. If you prefer, you can click directly on the green bar. It will turn orange and open your standard upload box then you can simply navigate to where you have the required image saved on your computer.
When you have filled out all the mandatory questions and added the requested images simply click on the orange "Submit" button at the bottom of the form.
