Bankruptcy Hearings
From time to time, you may receive a hearing that is a bankruptcy matter. This requires a special certification from the attorney in order to appear in bankruptcy court. There is nothing particularly difficult about these hearings, they are simply more formal and take place in Federal Court.

Once you are licensed, there is a box you will need to check in your attorney profile in order to confirm that you are eligible to practice in Federal Court.
To update your Bankruptcy coverage information:
Click on the grey "More" button on the left hand side of the home screen then select "Application"
Scroll down to the "Availability" section and place a check next to "I am interested and admitted to cover Bankruptcy Hearings"
Once the check mark is visible, click on the orange "Save" button at the very bottom of the page.
