Submitting W-9 Online

Since the IRS requires a W-9 on file before we issue checks to our customers, we can pay you once you have uploaded your W-9 form to your Docketly account. It is our company policy to have an attorney submit a W-9 by completing our W-9 form online in the Docketly site. This allows us to safely store your private information via the latest encryption and network security best practices.

Below are the instructions for enabling us to send you a check.

From your home page, click on the Taxes button.

Next will be your W-9 form. Here you will either enter or simply verify information.

Finally, click on the orange "Submit" button when you are done.
