Hearing Notifications

Docketly has a complex system set up to let you know when we have new and additional hearing opportunities in or near the counties you select.
We have two primary sources of notification. Text and Email.
Notifications can be updated or stopped by you at any point.
TEXT:
If you opt in, our system, or one of our Coverage Team members, will send you a text letting you know when a hearing is available or if a fee has been updated in a hearing.
They are the standard text message, and will come from our shortcode number: 70327. We recommend creating a contact for us in your phone with that number to help identify our texts.
In general, any texts will contain our 6 digit hearing locator code, the state and county the court is in, the date and time of the hearing, the associated fee, and a link to the hearing.
You can respond via text to anything we send you and it will generate a ticket that will be investigated by one of our Team Members. For example, if you want to reject a hearing or suggest a different fee, we receive that ticket and input that information on your behalf.
EMAIL:
Our email system is very similar to our text system. They contain more detailed information and will go to the email address we have listed for you in our system

CHANGING NOTIFICATIONS:
If at any time you wish to change the notifications you receive, you simply click on your name in the upper right corner of the Home Screen, select “Subscriptions” and check or uncheck the boxes until it lines up with the notifications you wish to receive. Click the orange "Save" button to save any changes you have made.
