LMS Issues and Errors

Occasionally our attorneys have issues accessing our Learning Management System (LMS) information.  

Most often the solution is simple.  We just need to add the courses to your profile.  You can reach out to an agent at Docketly via phone, email, ticket, or chat and we can get that taken care of for you almost immediately.

Every once in a while the issue is a little bigger.  

If you are receiving an error message when attempting to access the courses, or the window is blank when you pull it up there are a few things we ask you do.

  1. Please verify you are on a computer using Google Chrome as your browser.  

  2. Check that you have it set to allow pop-up windows.

  3. Make sure you’ve enabled third party cookies

  4. Clear out the browser’s cache and cookies.

If you receive an error that specifically states "MissingKeyMissing Key-Pair-Id query parameter or cookie value", this is an indication that cookies are not enabled in your web browser for this particular website. Once cookies are enabled, this error will disappear and you will be able to access the content.

Finally, Apple products frequently have a “Prevent cross-site tracking” option that also has to be unchecked.  Please search your browser to make sure that is taken care of.
