Hearing Attachments

To prepare for your hearing, please make sure that you have viewed the necessary documents pertaining to that hearing. 

You are welcome to print any documentation associated with the hearing. However, several clients will no longer reimburse for printing expenses.

Clients must upload all documents within 24 hours of the posted hearing time. At that point, if you attempt to view documentation to prepare for the hearing and find none attached, please create a Support Ticket so that we can reach out to the client on your behalf.

To View Attachments

  1. Open the Hearing Overview Page for the hearing in question

  2. Click on the "Attachments" link on the left side of the screen.  If there is a "0" next to the link, the client has not attached any documentation yet.

  3. This will take you to a screen that has the attachments listed. 

    1. Selecting the green "Download All" will allow you to download all attachments at once to the location of your choice on your computer. 

    2. You can select the "View" button on any attachment, and it will pull up in a separate browser window but will not save to your system.

    3. Selecting the blue "Download" button on any single attachment will also prompt you to save the individual attachment to the location of your choice on your system
