"How do you find these attorneys?"

Docketly has thousands of attorneys in its network available to cover creditor rights hearings and appearances for our various law firms.  For the most part they are made up of rural, solo or small firm practitioners who have a general practice and are looking to supplement their income.

The vast majority of our network attorneys join us unsolicited or by word of mouth. However, we supplement our non-recruiting efforts with pro-active measures such as:

• Placing advertisements with various job boards, websites, bar associates, legal publications, and the similar forums;

• Making direct phone calls to attorneys utilizing an internally developed, advanced research and location program, in an effort to fill certain hearings; and

• From current clients who already have an established "rolodex" of covering or appearance attorneys. In this case we e-mail or call these attorneys and urge them to apply for a network attorney account to better serve those law firms who are beginning to use us exclusively.
