FDCPA Certification & CLE

As you may recall from previous discussions concerning an attorney's background and familiarity with the FDCPA, we ask all network attorney applicants to describe their experience with the FDCPA and whether or not they have attended "continuing legal education" seminars on the topic. 

In addition, Docketly offers an internal 4 hour FDCPA Certification Course provided by a 3rd party vendor. This course includes 3 hours of general CLE credit and 1 hour of ethics' credit for numerous states and jurisdictions. The cost of the course to our attorneys is $19.99. It is not a requirement for our attorneys to join our network or cover hearings, however our clients do have the option if making this certification a requirement for attorneys who cover their hearings. 

Given the CLE credit and the low cost of the course, we imagine there will be high interest. Those attorney who do take the FDCPA Certification Course gain a distinct advantage within our system and the amount of business referred to them will significantly increase.
