There are many counties that require an NOA to be submitted before the hearing date. 

Please note: An NOA is only required for pretrial and mediations. 

When a hearing is scheduled in counties, an NOA template is automatically attached to the hearing.  

It is your responsibility to print the form, fill it out, and bring it with you to submit the appearance. 

• Pulaski county, AR requires the NOA to be submitted 1 days prior to the hearing.

• Shasta county, CA requires an NOA to be submitted.

• Alachua county, FL requires the NOA to be submitted 1 day prior to the hearing.

• Broward county, FL requires the NOA to be submitted 5 days prior to the hearing.

• Gilchrist county, FL requires the NOA to be submitted 3 days prior to the hearing.

• Hillsborough county, FL requires the NOA to be submitted 3 days prior to the hearing.

• Lee county, FL requires an NOA to be submitted.

• Miami-Dade county, FL requires the NOA to be submitted 2 days prior to the hearing.

• Monroe county, FL requires the NOA to be submitted 2 days prior to the hearing.

• Okaloosa county, FL requires the NOA to be submitted 5 days prior to the hearing.

• Christian county, IL requires the NOA to be submitted 1 day prior to the hearing.

• Effingham county, IL requires the NOA to be submitted 5 days prior to the hearing.

• Queen Anne’s county, MD requires the NOA to be submitted 1 day prior to the hearing.

• Bernalillo county, NM requires an NOA to be submitted.

• Chaves county, NM requires an NOA to be submitted.

• Cuyahoga county, OH requires the NOA to be submitted 2 days prior to the hearing.

• Crawford county, PA requires an NOA to be submitted.
