The Attorney Home Page provides quick links to all of the important tasks and information an attorney will need to take advantage of the system.  It is the default page you will see every time you log in.

There are navigation buttons across the top and down the left side of the home page and an overview of your information is provided within the body of the page.  This layout is designed to present all of the most commonly used attorney tasks in a single, easily viewable, page.

Across the Top

At the very top of the screen are the Home, Contact, Help, Recent, Tasks, Search, and Profile buttons and links.  These are visible on any page as you move through our site.

  1. Home: The home button (a.k.a. the Docketly logo) will always bring you back to your Attorney Home Page.

  2. Contact: The Contact link will open a window to create a new ticket to send to our Docketly staff for any inquiries or issues you may need addressed.

  3. Help:  This link brings you here: to our Attorney Handbook.  An ever evolving cache of documentation designed to assist you with any issues or questions you may have.

  4. Recent:  This is a drop down menu.  It will show you the last 10 hearings you looked at.  You should be able to click on them if you want to view them again.

  5. Tasks:  Tasks is also a drop down menu.

  6. Search: The "Search" tool is used to instantly find user information or records that are stored on the Docketly secure server.

  7. Profile: This is the final link along the top. It should be your first name (and picture, if you have already set that up). It is a dropdown and will allow you to change basic profile information, your user password, to select email notification for the counties of your choice, and to log out of the Docketly site.

Along the Side

The series of buttons along the left hand side of the home page are always visible on the Attorney Home Page, and can be pulled up if you click on the small green arrow from any other page on the Docketly website.
This is what the primary navigation buttons look like:

And if you are on a page other than your home page and wish to pull up those navigation buttons, you will want to click on this small green arrow. It will be visible beneath the Docketly logo in the upper left hand side of any Docketly page.

  1. Pick Hearings: This button will take you to a screen of available hearings and bundles in the counties you have selected.

  2. File Report: When you click on this it will take you to a list of the hearings you have covered that still require reports.

  3. Appearances: The first of the orange buttons, this will take you to a page that has all your past and future appearances listed. From there you can click on the locator for the hearing, sort information by various fields, and click links to update or edit hearing reports.

  4. Calendar: This pulls up a monthly calendar view of all hearings you have scheduled with us as well as offers options to synch with your own calendar or add your schedule if you will be in another county for a specific period of time.

  5. Community: Did you know Docketly has an online community built and designed just for our network attorneys? This link will take you there for information, support and networking.

  6. Reports: This button will route you to the part of our site that lists all the reports you have Due, any reports that have been Rejected, and all that are Complete.

  7. Compliance: Perhaps one of the most important areas of our site, Compliance is where your documentation is stored. Clicking this button will lead you to an area you can upload things like your Bar Card, Certificate of Good Standing, Malpractice Insurance, etc for our Performance team to review and validate.

  8. Learning: Any new Docketly attorney will need to take LMS courses to be allowed to select and cover hearings. This is one way to access those courses.

  9. Emails: This brings you to a list of all email that have been sent by Docketly to the address we have on file for you. You can click a link to view each one.

  10. Tickets: Similar to Emails, this will bring you to a list of all tickets that have been submitted either by yourself, or sent from Docketly to you.

  11. Users: Each attorney account has the capability of having more than one user. User accounts are categorized as Master, the user/attorney who originally created the account, and Delegate. The information on users associated with your account will be listed here.

  12. Financial: This is where all banking, income, payment and Tax information is stored. It is a drop down featuring those specific buttons.

  13. More: The More button is also a drop down. It houses several additional pieces of information and parts of the site you may want to explore.
